About 6 months ago I bought a Nissan Altima and James Wruck was my salesman and he knocked it out of the park! Worst experience trying to buy a used car. Took 2 months to get the car and at the beginning they stated they were going to fix the crack in the windshield. 2 months went by and they stated th Took 2 months to get the car and at the beginning they stated they were going to fix the crack in the windshield. 2 months went by and they stated they were fixing the AC, kept calling to see what the status was because we had already gotten the license plates in the mail, called and was told that the car had been ready “last week” with no call to us. Go to pick up the car AND the windshield wasn’t even fixed, they stated that someone will call us. No one knew what the other department was doing, so unorganized and will not be returning to this dealership for any future buys. More
