I pulled into Lithia, having had a referral from general manager of a place in Helena. I pulled into one lithia and had salesman tried to do one of those deals were they have to go get their manager to come manager of a place in Helena. I don't play that game. So, we went to lithia dodge. We're a very nice young man help desk to look at a couple of low mileage subarus. I needed something to drive to take pressure off my truck that was getting up into high mileage but still running quite well. Bought a 4-year-old Subaru with 43,000 miles on it. Should have run for another 300,000 MI right? Nope. Got talked into buying this extended warranty as well. All these promises about if anything goes wrong come and get the car and bring it back. Made a deal for them to deliver the car to us 3 hours away. Well, they couldn't make delivering the car happen. I had to pay $150 for a shuttle to meet them halfway. Then, the car got a little body damage so I sent it to the body shop for that sat there for 3 months. Then the battery was completely dead. I mean completely dead. I finally have an opportunity to get it up and running and I'm on my way to Billings and the car overheats. Well, turned out there was oil in the transmission fluid. Turns out the vehicle needs an entire new engine. I call lithia dodge. All these promises about if anything goes wrong and here you get our extended warranty they'll they'll come tow you in. Will that $4800 extended warranty only has $100 in tow. Heck, I can't even get my car on the back of a tow truck for $100. They refuse to help even get it towed back to Helena to be looked at as the Subaru dealership had to look at it because it was damaged beyond what the small town mechanic could do or even that lithia Dodge could do apparently. So, basically, they sold me a four year old vehicle with 43,000 miles on it that was a complete lemon and did nothing about it. Bunch of fraud and scam if you ask me. Maybe they couldn't have known but, I have a sneaking suspicion that they did. And, any dealership that wanted repeat business would have helped me bring back the vehicle that had been driven less than 600 miles after they "delivered" it More

The service department, led by Chris Wheeler, stated that they do not inspect their vehicles before selling them and instead focus on basic maintenance such as oil changes. This lack of due diligence and commitment to customer satisfaction is concerning and suggests that there are better options available for those in the market for a used car. More

I had intended to drive my motorhome from Alaska to Minnesota to visit a daughter and then head south to spend the winter. I wanted a tow car that I couldn't find in Alaska. Billings was on the route and Billings Dodge had the perfect car. Bryan made 2 trips to an RV dealer to have the towing equipment installed so it would be ready to tow when I arrived in Billings. A series of issues arose delaying a departure such that I would be facing winter temperatures and I decided to store the car until the next spring. So Bryan made a third trip taking the car to the storage facility. Furthermore, I was impressed by the integrity of the dealership. In the interim between my oral agreement to buy the car, there was a price reduction, and when I received the purchase documents I was surprised that they reflected the reduced price. I would have been none the wiser if they had reflected the original agreed price. More
I bought a certified GO used jeep 10 days ago. It ran hot within 2 hours and had to be trailered back to the dealership. The service department is a bunch of cowards and will NOT even tell what the problem is or call me back. They just keep sending me to voicemail. Such a bad service department that my sales lady quit because she felt bad selling xxxx vehicles to good hard working people. I highly recommend that you NEVER buy one r have repairs done at this xxxx HOLE Dealership. More

Do not take your vehicle to Lithia Dodge service center. I called them earlier in the week and they told me that they could get my pickup in on Saturday so I brought it there on October 29th because I was h I called them earlier in the week and they told me that they could get my pickup in on Saturday so I brought it there on October 29th because I was having engine issues. One week goes by and I get a call from my extended warranty company asking for all of my service records so I get those sent over. Weeks go by and I don’t hear anything so I call to check the status of my vehicle and I am told that because my vehicle is on extended warranty that they have to wait until they have an open bay to work on it because it will have to sit until the warranty company decides if they are going to cover it. I call another 3 times over the next 3 months and I am told by the service advisor that other vehicles are more of a priority over mine because it is on extended warranty. He also told me that if I wanted to pay out of pocket that they could get it in that same day. So now I’m getting really pissed so I speak with the service manager and he apologizes for everything and that there was no excuse for what I was being told. He informed me that they would be getting it in that afternoon. After the process of taking my motor apart, contacting the warranty company to see what they will cover, and getting a new engine installed, it took just less than two weeks. So now after 16 weeks of being there, I finally got my pickup back. Certain people in the service department at Lithia Dodge do not care about you or your vehicle. But hey, they were nice enough to give me a 10% discount off the remaining balance that I owed 🖕🏼 More
Daryl Doney is the most unpleasant service adviser I have ever dealt with. I had my car in for warranty work and the part that was ordered made the problem it was brought in for originally even worse. The pa ever dealt with. The part needed to be ordered again to replace the brand new part just installed. When I came in to pick the car up after the failed repair Daryl informed me that I needed to pay the deductible for the repair. I said I will pay the deductible when the repair was complete. Daryl Doney insisted the repair was complete. I asked him why I have to bring it back then. Daryl Doney refused to give me my keys. Even after I went to the service manager and the svc mgr told Daryl Doney to give me my keys he still refused stating that I refused to pay for the completed work. Daryl Doney then stated to me that you get more flies with honey than with vinegar and told me that I had an abrasive personality for refusing to pay for work that was not yet complete. I would suggest going to any other service writer than Daryl Doney. I know I will. More
They sold me a lemon, and tried to get out of honoring the warranty. They ended up buying it back from me.
