Let me tell you something about my experience with Lithia in Wasilla.. I'm 35 hard working mom, and wrecked my car Monday when I was t-boned by a moose. (2024 Sorento if you're curious) I walked in, in literal tears, was met with unwavering kindness, overwhelming support, funny, clever, sweet men who went out of their way to see me and my kid just a little happier. I'll never forget my experience.. I walked in desolate, feeling hopeless, and left in a car nicer than I ever thought I'd have. They spent HOURS with me making sure I understood and was doing ok.
