I went to Lithia Dodge in Grants Pass Or. after a horrible experience a Grants pass Toyota with high pressure sales tactics use buy a salesman by the name of Justin Alger who tried to bully m after a horrible experience a Grants pass Toyota with high pressure sales tactics use buy a salesman by the name of Justin Alger who tried to bully me into a Old Toyota Tundra with 190 thousand miles on it and Justin and the sales manager Ted Mikels both were trying to force me to go passed my budget by Pressuring me into a deal I told them I wasn’t comfortable with and in the end almost threatening me into buying this vehicle. So, I left that dealer for good and called Lithia CJDR in grants Pass Or, and reach a salesman named Brayden Josh, and let me tell you this salesman was very friendly, he listened to all my needs and concerns and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Even though he is young, he knew how to treat a customer like a friend, he knew my budget and he found me one of the best deals with a 2021 Dodge Ram Bighorn diesel with only 18000 miles on it and the truck is in showroom condition, a beautiful truck!!! They gave me a fair deal on a trade in for my Dodge charger rt and my payment is where I want it to be, and all with no pressure and no Hurries no worries attitude. If you’re in the market for a new or used vehicle, my advice is going to Lithia CJDR of Grants Pass because they have one of the nicest and most knowledgeable staff with absolutely no pressure at all. If you do decide to visit Lithia CJDR of Grants Pass, look up Brayden Josh as your salesman for you won’t be disappointed whatsoever. I just purchased a used Honda Odyssey from this establishment. I've had it three weeks and the transmission is going out. I called and asked to speak to the GM. Wouldn't put me through was told he's in meetings and such. I was on phone with Craig . I just wanted to talk to the GM that maybe they need to up there came on there inspection process. This car should have never been on the lot. Took my car as trade in , took my hard earned money. Now i have to go through the headache of getting it to Honda and hoping to God nothing else is wrong with it. A car with 41,000 and transmission is going out. Yes, it has 60 day warranty but that wasn't the point. I feel I should been able to bring the car back and found something else. Talked over me on the phone and spoke down to me like I had an IQ of 12. Do not go here. Go further north or I don't know. Good Luck..... More

Worked with Craig on a Jeep Wrangler. Craig is very professional, but takes really good care of his customers. Ended up not buying the Jeep, due to having the same thing. Run don’t walk away from Lithia cdjr Grants Pass, worst almost car buying experience in 45 years, researched the vehicle and came in to test drive and really liked 2019 GMC 1500, Russ Dunham the salesman g almost car buying experience in 45 years, researched the vehicle and came in to test drive and really liked 2019 GMC 1500, Russ Dunham the salesman gave a great first impression but ended up being your stereotypical fast talking salesman, root issue was the NAV wasn’t working and mentioned really wanted that and it worked on there advertisement, I worked up a deal that was to our (dealer and myself) satisfaction, they ran my credit which is a hard pull and then was curious about a warranty no more than a year or two, finance came back with a 4 year $4,800 deal then a 3 year $3,800 deal and I said thanks but no thanks but before I sign what about the Navigation finance guy said that’s my problem after purchase and when I said “ what” I’m buying a $35,000 truck and have to go and immediately fork out $200-500? Said that’s kinda deal killer to which he said fine I’ll just wholesale the truck walked away and the salesman wasn’t even man enough to come back let me walk out and drive away. I honestly can’t understand how they can stay in business offering $15-18,000 off new cars, blowing off $4-5,000 on my deal but they stick it to you on those used car warranties, don’t waste your time on heading up to Roseburg at least that dealer has awesome reviews.I forgot to add I was there on a Saturday around noon and the showroom was quiet as crickets might be a sign your dealership needs help. It was a very bad experience. I will never buy anything from "Lithia" again. I bought 2 cars in a 2 year period from them, even with the over priced service plans they offered. Bu I will never buy anything from "Lithia" again. I bought 2 cars in a 2 year period from them, even with the over priced service plans they offered. But I will never again buy anything or even let them touch my cars because of the lack of basic car repair skills that Grants Pass Lithia offers. They did an oil change on the Maxima and did not even tighten the oil plug, leaked oil all the way to Brookings. I called the service department at Lithia and told them what happened and he laughed and said that "they probably didn't tighten the plug and that I could drive 2 hours back to their shop, for them to finish the job". The local mechanic tightened the oil drain plug, and topped off the fluids for free. If that is the kind of service Lithia provides, I can't trust anything Lithia anymore. More
I wish i can’t even give them one star because they are scam please people don’t buy any car from them they make everyone fool , we bought a car last year from them and they sold us for 70 k and its new ca scam please people don’t buy any car from them they make everyone fool , we bought a car last year from them and they sold us for 70 k and its new car and still have some issues we went there many times to fix but they never fix it they said we can’t fix this problem so we decided ,we can get another car now so we will trade this one when we trying to trade in they told us value of half of the price we bought last year ,why would we buy if we trade it for half of the price now they are saying they stop working with that company modification then why they sell it to us for higher price that is not worth it after driving, and the guy he was rude when we ask him for paperwork to get to see , very bad experience with them i don’t want write any review about anyone but it was something not fair. Bought a "certified" Jeep Grand Cherokee from Lithia Grants Pass in October. After driving the vehicle home, I started going through the vehicle as a new owner would do and found tons of dirt caked unde Grants Pass in October. After driving the vehicle home, I started going through the vehicle as a new owner would do and found tons of dirt caked under the engine covers, debris under the seats, basically anywhere you would have had to move something to get to. Took me hours to clean it up. And wait for this... THE PRIOR OWNER'S WALLET was still tucked in the cubby behind the gear shifter. I found it a couple days ago tucked up in there. I never used the cubby much and . If you think this review is spam, I can post pictures. There is no way the dealer could have done a "certified vehicle" inspection on this vehicle before sale or any inspection from what I now see. I would suspect they didn't even clean it until after I got there. The Jeep also had a TSB oil leak issue that was not taken care of and a prior accident that was not disclosed. When I bought it I was told any Lithia will cover the "Certified Warranty". Our local Litha in Klamath Falls gave me the 3rd degree when taking it in for the TSB oil/coolant drip issue questioning the certified warranties and discrediting the issues to the point I had to say something about it. I still isn't fixed. I will not deal with unprofessional staff. Not a good way to treat your local Disabled Veterans. Lithia bad. More
