I wish I could give a 0 Star. The service department has to be the worst ever. I am a 100 percent disabled Vietnam Veteran and unfortunately I bought a new pickup from them. When my first oil change was due I took it in for service. I had a doctor's appointment that day and after informing them I was told no problem. I went inside and after almost 2 hours I went to see how much longer. I was told it was just about finished so I went back in called and cancelled my appointment. After over 2 more hours I went back out and found my truck in the parking lot. I asked the attendant and was told it had been parked for 1 1/2 hours they forget to call me. Went back today to get oil change and was told I needed front end alignment, wiper blades, filters for motor and cab. $400 with free oil change that I paid for when I bought it new. Was told around 1 hour or so to complete. Had another doctor's appointment and after waiting over 2 hours cancelled another appointment. They texted me that it was ready and paid for it and was leaving when I noticed they didn't change my oil. Had to go back to the waiting room and after another hour finally got my truck. I asked for the service manager told him and was told he would look into it. I asked him if there was another place I could take my truck to for service and he said yes Calallen. I told him I will go there next time. He said they bring there work here!!! Wasn't even offered a discount. Good luck if you buy anything from them. More
Took Jeep in 3 times and still have same issue. They told me just to put up with the warning lights on airbags, brake, start/stop and seat belt going off and dinging as they can’t fix it until a pa They told me just to put up with the warning lights on airbags, brake, start/stop and seat belt going off and dinging as they can’t fix it until a part for seat belt comes in. Car and experience are most horrible thing as didn’t even have 2000 miles on it before it started having issues. What kind of warranty fix is this? Who wants to be driving around with seat belt sound loudly going off and wanting light for brake and start/stop flashing on and off. More
I am not happy with your service department when I take my truck in for an oil change they rush the job do not always put air in my tires. Just because I had already bought new tires this summer they shipp my truck in for an oil change they rush the job do not always put air in my tires. Just because I had already bought new tires this summer they shipped properly inflating my tires because the tires needed air. I feel they are always rushing because they have too many vehicles to service; therefore perform a rush careless service. More
