The service rep very courteous. However, my issue has yet to be resolved and I have not received a call from Lithia. Chris and Monica were excellent. I wouldn’t recommend the sales dept. I haven’t had my jeep for 3 months and it’s already needing a lot of work done. Frank helped me out on replacing minor parts but now I have a major engine issue that I’m having to pay out of pocket because it’s not covered by warranty. I haven’t even had this jeep for 4 months. Very disappointed. . went in for an oil change at 1:30 and was given my jeep back at 4:50, other vehicles were taken in before mine. They did make it up to me by installing a free air filter which I insisted on paying for, as I'm not expecting anything for free from anyone, but they insisted on installing it and not changing me for it.
