Had originally went to Lithia Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Dealership in Corpus Christi for a oil change after waiting for a bit started to walk around the show-room checking out on what's new and how they wo Dealership in Corpus Christi for a oil change after waiting for a bit started to walk around the show-room checking out on what's new and how they work, soon a salesperson ( Francisco Ganceres) walks up and we began talking about the vehicle I was looking at I was impressed with his knowledge and the understanding of the components on how they work, I told him of the type of truck that I had, he asked if I had some time he would like to show me some new models that we have in the lot, I then explained to him that I was only here for a oil change, he then said well if you change your mind I would be glad to show you afew new model trucks. that we have instock, continue talking about the some of the new things coming out ,I then said there is a truck that I saw I like so we began our walk, it was about that time when the service department person had informed me that my vehicle was ready but because I felt very comfortable that he ( Francisco) knew about truck engines,lifts, and the largest type of tires that could fit, well needless to say I ended up trading in my truck for a newer model and I also got a really great deal. This young man is truly a great asset for the company, with him your not just another customer.
