When I purchased my vehicle I asked the salesman to get the dealer to check the alignment before I picked up the vehicle. It was never done. So I went back to the dealer and asked them to please fix my ali the dealer to check the alignment before I picked up the vehicle. It was never done. So I went back to the dealer and asked them to please fix my alignment because it’s off. The salesman couldn’t do anything to help me and wanted me to pay $159 which I refused to do because I asked for this to be done before I took delivery of the vehicle. The salesman still couldn’t do anything but try to talk me into paying for an alignment. No. So the service manager stepped up and took care of me and made it right. Great folks like that will keep customers coming back for good service because it’s hard to find nowadays. Great job lithia service department. More

Super frustrating to get the work completed. I have to go back AGAIN to get the work completed after they already had my car for over a week, and said the repairs were done.. & That’s after it t I have to go back AGAIN to get the work completed after they already had my car for over a week, and said the repairs were done.. & That’s after it took over a month to even get a call back or get scheduled with service. My car was BRAND NEW with this dealership, and I’ve had it less than 3 months. When I finally got to speak with a manager he pretty much told me “Sorry, wish I could do more.” & “If I had a loaner to give you I would”… So initially I would have been out of a vehicle the entire time it was in the shop. For something that was 100% warranty.. Not happy with this dealership at all so far. More
