I was not communicating well with your automated phone service and was connected with a human being within a short time after ending the call. I was then scheduled for service much sooner than the automat service and was connected with a human being within a short time after ending the call. I was then scheduled for service much sooner than the automated choice. At the dealership I was promptly greeted and guided thru the service process. I was provided a shuttle home and back which was appreciated. I was notified early afternoon my service was complete. This was an improvement from the past in which I am calling at 4:30 wondering if my service will be completed that day. For the first time ever I was actually impressed with the service department. I’m not sure what they changed but it is a world of difference and I felt like a valued customer.
