Then when the salesman had to attend to another customer there on appointment, we were taken care of by the fleet manager. Solid customer skills, friendly, and helpful. Good manager to others as well as he was the go to for specific questions from others on the sales team concerning towing capacity and whatnot. Knew his stuff. Finance was friendly and fast. Explanations of documentation was direct and clearly described. Again not too pushy and didn't try to oversell.
