Worked with Robert in the service department regarding recalls for our Jeep Liberties. Robert researched order parts and scheduled service. When time to drop off one of the Jeeps, the car battery was de recalls for our Jeep Liberties. Robert researched order parts and scheduled service. I was not communicating well with your automated phone service and was connected with a human being within a short time after ending the call. I was then scheduled for service much sooner than the automat service and was connected with a human being within a short time after ending the call. I was provided a shuttle home and back which was appreciated. I was notified early afternoon my service was complete. This was an improvement from the past in which I am calling at 4:30 wondering if my service will be completed that day.
