Lithia Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM of Klamath Falls

Steering box fell off, a bolt was missing & 2 others snapped in 1/2. After calling 3x, Lithia said I only had a 60 day warranty. Vehicle had less than 50k on it when I purchased it. They were not conc snapped in 1/2. After calling 3x, Lithia said I only had a 60 day warranty. Vehicle had less than 50k on it when I purchased it. They were not concerned at all that this happened after only having it for less than 3 months. I had to get it towed over 30 miles and now it's sitting in my driveway useless. One of the reasons I purchased this vehicle was because of the low mileage. Lithia didn't seem concerned at all about the danger I was put in. More
