Poor customer service I came in for an oil change on Saturday May 12, 2018 and I was the first person in line at 7:30am. A tech came out and spoke with me around 8:00am an I came in for an oil change on Saturday May 12, 2018 and I was the first person in line at 7:30am. A tech came out and spoke with me around 8:00am and said that he was going to pull my car out and they should be coming to get me to check me out shortly. I then watched 3 other customers get called to check out because their cars were ready while I still sat and waited. Finally after almost an hour since I had spoke to the tech I was told my car was ready. I was then told that the reason for the delay was that they were trying to get the paperwork ready for me to get the extended package for the free oil changes, which I had requested in a previous visit as well and was told I would receive a phone call which never happened either. I left without paperwork again and was told I would need to come in and speak with Albert on Monday which irritated me that I was expected to make another trip down there instead of someone following up on a customer request. I asked why it had taken so long for them to come and get me for my car and was told that it had gotten really busy with checking people in. I then asked why other customers had been checked out while they were so busy checking people in and they then referred again to getting the paperwork for the free oil change extension, which I still didn't have. It seems to me that if I am one of the first customers to have their car taken in then I shouldn't be waiting for an hour and a half, especially if there are no issues with my car. And on top of this I had to pay for my oil change again, which wouldn't be as big of a deal but if on my last visit there would have been a follow through in my request for the oil change extension I wouldn't have had to pay again. I have been working with Albert on my most recent trip, and he has gone above and beyond for figuring out a 'mystery' problem with my car. It has taken a bit of time, but he has been patient, and aggressive towards a solution. Very satisfied. More
