Kris was amazing. I saw a used jeep in their online presence over the weekend in my price range and stopped in between my husband's doctor visits Monday to have a look and drive it (we live 90 miles no presence over the weekend in my price range and stopped in between my husband's doctor visits Monday to have a look and drive it (we live 90 miles north of Great Falls). I caught Kris in the lot while driving though, he found the vehicle and let me take for a test drive. 4 hours later I drove it home. This was a great experience. Lithia took my POS tank for a trade to bring the price into the range I REALLY wanted to pay for the model I had chosen. Set me up with affordable financing with my crappy credit (hopefully this will go a long ways to improving that). Kris even took my husband over to the afternoon appointment so I could finish the paperwork. Best part, got home without my iHome portable bluetooth speaker, texted Kris and a fellow sales buddy is looking one last time for it in the POS tank, just in case... Thank You Kris! The $25 gift card is a bonus! More
Overall visit was ok. When i went in to the dealership i contacted Kristopher McKelvy. He was very friendly and took me to look at the truck i was wanting. Upon review of my credit i was unable to purchas contacted Kristopher McKelvy. He was very friendly and took me to look at the truck i was wanting. Upon review of my credit i was unable to purchase the truck but he told me where i needed to be to get the payments i was looking for and then took me to see the vehicles in that price range after i told him no car and had to be four wheel drive. I ended up with a dodge journey that he stated had Xm radio (which it does not). Also Kristopher Mckelvy took the Payoff amount on the vehicle i traded in off of my word instead of calling capital one auto finance to get the 20 day payoff so now i have to come up with more money because he did not do his part. After signing the paperwork he stated that he would go over all the features the next day since it was 9:00 that evening noone was in the detail shop. I go in the next day to find him off work and not returning for a few days. This is in my opinion poor customer service as he had to know he was off work the next day. More

Deidre got me the best APR possible on the market, even though it wasn't through the dealership which was nothing short of phenominal. Both employees greeted me with a smile and absolute respect. And to top it off, the dealership played Air1 radio which is my favorite, a positive and enoucraging radio station which gave me a deeper appreciation of the value and commitment of all the Lithia employees. Five out of five stars for this dealership, don't think I'll ever find service this good anywhere else! More

I was greeted and asked if I needed any help right after I entered. No waiting around wondering if they even knew I was there like I have experienced at other dealerships. I had an appointment and was able I entered. No waiting around wondering if they even knew I was there like I have experienced at other dealerships. I had an appointment and was able to make contact with my salesman right away. The appointment is the way to go. That way the salesperson knows what you are interested in and can save time by taking you right to only those vehicles. My salesperson, Robert Buley, was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of the questions I had regarding different model trucks I was looking at. The whole process went very smooth. I have purchased my last 4 vehicles from Lithia Great Falls, my son has purchased 3 and several friends have purchased there based on me telling them about my great experience. I will definitely go back when it comes time for my next new or used vehicle purchase. More
We found a vehicle that was advertised by this dealership on-line and after finalizing a deal on the phone and by email, we drove 500 miles to pick it up. Upon our arrival, the Sales Manager wanted $500 mor on-line and after finalizing a deal on the phone and by email, we drove 500 miles to pick it up. Upon our arrival, the Sales Manager wanted $500 more. He was told that this was a dirty move and that we wanted to pay what was agreed upon. After Brent visiting with us and the Sales Manager, they were told this was not a good move on their part and settled on less than $500. This is a famous tactic to get more money we know as this was confirmed by an employee there. Brent who sold us the vehicle was very nice, it's the Sales Manager who tried to pull a fast one wanting more money. Not only that but while negotiations were being made over the phone, we were told repeatedly that the Manager drove the vehicle himself with ABSOLUTELY NO DOGS INSIDE THE VEHICLE. I conveyed to them that this is EXTREMELY important because I go to the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN for a very rare lung disease and can be around no pets whatsoever. After our arrival we were again assured by Brent that the Manager in no way had any pets inside the vehicle. Upon cleaning the vehicle once we were home, we lifted the back seats and there was so much dog hair there that the vacuum could not get it all, nor could a pet roller. We spent 2 hours cleaning the hair and still haven't gotten all of it. Being lied to about pets IN THE VEHICLE along with conniving tactics for more money was too much. We will NEVER do business with this dealership again, ever. More
