I had a 9:00 am appointment which I had made several weeks before, had the vehicle to the shop at 8:30 am. I am from out of town and had several things to do while my vehicle was supposed to be getting weeks before, had the vehicle to the shop at 8:30 am. I am from out of town and had several things to do while my vehicle was supposed to be getting worked on (oil change and to check out why it sometimes smells hot). Received a text that if I needed anything to text back to the text message that was sent to me. I texted...no response, called, said that it wasn't done yet. At 2:10 pm got a courtesy ride back to the dealership to see that my vehicle had not even been moved yet. Left without getting any work/oil changed done. This costed me a day of work, gas and 2 hours of drive time one way. Thanks Lithia, for wasting my time! More

I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone. We had sales agreement that things would be fixed on this vehicle which they've had for almost 2 weeks. No sales manager, service manager, or general manager will even give me the common curtousey of a returned phone call. At this point I'd just assume get my money back and buy from somewhere else.
