I was ready to argue I had issues from my dodge from when I bought it, I could not take it to the dealer I bought it from and took it to another one in the next city of Wa I had issues from my dodge from when I bought it, I could not take it to the dealer I bought it from and took it to another one in the next city of Wasilla. My problems were, gas cap leak, tire pressure lights, engine mount loose, the under plastics on the front left and right tires. first Wasilla told me that I did not know how to put gas in a tank and was over filling it, then told me I didn't know how to put a gas cap on, that they would replace the gas cap only once form miss use. then That the tire pressure gauge were gone that even though the truck was brand new when I bought it and the same rims and tires are still on the truck that they could not replace them. SO all in all, Wasilla didn't fix anything and made fill stupid and told me to take it to the dealer I bought it from( even though it was the same owner Lithia), Then I stopped in the another dealership to buy new tire to be put on my truck and the pieces for my brake controller I was going to install. This dealer sold me all of this, but didn't tell me that I need to have it programmed. So I had to take my truck back to Anchorage Lithia. SO I show up to Lithia Anchorage and talked to Patrick the salesman(Which Is Awesome and has done everything he could for me and my guys that have bought trucks from him) and Patrick told me to talk to Tony in service, tony listen to me and found that it was my tank that had a leak not the gas cap of me over filling it and he replaced my tire sensors for free and programmed my brake controller All while I was aggressive, he dealt with me very well and around 4 he told me it was done, I paid only 50 for the brake controller to be programmed and I will need a new tank when I get to Kansas( He would have ordered one for me but I am moving this weekend). So I leave and get to my house, and start looking for the tire pressure screen, well I could not find it and called VERY UPSET with Tony and told m=him he just erased it and was going off on him and his bosses. They kept their v=cool and told me they didn't do that Tat please to come in that they would look it over. Well After looking more I to the screen, Well I guess it moved once we programmed the brake controller. All in all Anchorage fixed all my problems, dealt with my attitude very well and should be commended on their professionalism. I feel Bad how I was so mean to anchorage and they was nothing but nice and fixed everything for me they could at the short notice and gave me everything I need for the tank in Kansas.. More

Only shop I trust the staff to handle the work on my cars. I have been coming here for 5 years now... it all started with their Groupon oil changes. They are one of the few "brand" shops in town who actually p I have been coming here for 5 years now... it all started with their Groupon oil changes. They are one of the few "brand" shops in town who actually puts in the correct amount of oil. (Never go to Meinike unless you want a top off lol).. Lithia has extraordinary mechanics!!! These guys seriously are front to back intuitive/knowledge on any type of car or truck. They have now seen 4 of our cars/trucks. I always go with Mikey when I book, because I can trust him with using talented mechanics on specific issues. Even if I know what is going on, they always do us right! I would rate this shop as the top dealership in town to have work done at, even if you do not own a Chevy or Jeep. They never try to rip you off or make up issues, and their estimates are always very fare and priced well. Thank you so much for your help today and cleaning my fuel sensor. I doubt any other shop would have taken the time to go above and beyond. Thank you again Mikey and staff! More

Kenny is the man! I have been a customer of Lithia's for years. I've experienced a few bumps; however in the end they have always taken care of me. My Experience Buying a car from Lithia I didn't come in to buy a car. I was having service done on our older Chrysler. A young man came over and asked me if I wanted to look at a newer mode I didn't come in to buy a car. I was having service done on our older Chrysler. A young man came over and asked me if I wanted to look at a newer model of my car. When I was looking at our present new car, Troy came over and explained all the new gadgets to me. Troy was very helpful and patient to us older folks. I know I asked some of the same questions more than once. When we picked the new car up, he sat with us in the car to help us set up the many different programs and make sure we understood the systems. I thought that was beyond his normal job. Troy was very knowledgeable about the workings of the Chrysler 300S. Marcus made all the signing easier. He had everything all copied and explained every page to us. He was knowledgeable and patient. Great service for fast oil change I came in on Wed 2/22 for an oil change, it was quick and efficient. The do a total vehicle check from, tires, breaks, belts, fluids etc. The time was I came in on Wed 2/22 for an oil change, it was quick and efficient.
