I’ve gone back to Lithia for the last 14 yrs for both new and used purchases and service work and have never been disappointed. There is something completely off by this dealership. There is a lack of common sense. I received a call asking if I had my own truck. And then 20 minutes later stated I needed a new oil filter or they c There is a lack of common sense. I received a call asking if I had my own truck. And then 20 minutes later stated I needed a new oil filter or they can’t keep troubleshooting. The problem on both accounts is the oil filter is literally 48 hours. And the code cleared when I gave them the code before I even dropped it off. More
