Unacceptable service. Bad treatment and total desrespect. I bought a Cherokee Lattitude in September 2017. I did have a warranty issue in the first month which they fixed after they got the spare parts (4 wee I bought a Cherokee Lattitude in September 2017. I did have a warranty issue in the first month which they fixed after they got the spare parts (4 weeks waiting time). A few months ago I started to get all kinds of warnings randomly and haphazardly (air bags not working properly, tire pressure wrong, loss of power, gearbox problems etc.) and I was told to get it checked. I made an appointment (3 weeks waiting time) and I got an appointment for August 22 at 7:30AM. On August 21 I did get a reminder from the service manager, Montoya for the appointment for August 22 at 6 AM. I got there at 6 AM and realized that they did not open till 7:30. (Thank you Montoya). After a couple of hours and a 30 miles test drive by the mechanic, in which they hoped that one of the problems popped up, they told me that they could not do anything as they could not duplicate one of the events, With these cars they do not seem to be able to analyze problems that have occurred. So they wanted to keep the car and drive it around til one of the problems popped up. This could take 5 minutes or 5 days. They refused to give me a replacement car while this car is in full warranty. I only have 1 car and cannot afford to be without one. So they returned the car to me despite warnings that the airbag could deploy while I was driving or could not employ while I could be in an accident. This was my last visit to Lithia Santa Fe As I refuse to be treated badly by service department employees and by the manager of the business. If you are looking for correct service and treatment buy your car somewhere else. More

Marc N. provided outstanding sales service, located the exact vehicle that I wanted (at another dealership in Albuquerque), and made the overall purchase experience a pleasure. Lithia offered very fair value for my trade-in and all management and staff were wonderful to work with and responsive to my questions and needs. Overall I had an outstanding experience. This is the third Grand Cherokee that I have purchased from Lithia. I will do business again with Lithia. More
