shout out to finance which failed on a simple request. Requested extension of the temp tags while waiting for the transfer of DV tags to vehicle. Contacted Lithia and talked to David the first time and then Mark the second time. I was assured that they would email it to me. Tags have been expired over two weeks. I have yet to receive an extension nor have I received an explanation as to what the problem may be. It is apparent that, in my case, customer service or follow through is not a priority to them. Therefore I will not recommend nor ever take my vehicle there for maintenance or repairs. More
