They have gone the extra step in one case that involved research by the parts dept. And beat web researched prices on accessories and installation. No real complaints so far. some of the best prices in the country on ram trucks if you are patient and persistent. Just take a look around helena mt at the ratio of rams to other trucks on the road with your own eyes (I wish there were dat???) if you want proof compared to other areas.Of the country or even MT. Salesman Chat plus BS I was very interested in a Dodge pu they had,used one,they dropped the price from $9500 to $7800,after chatting with salesman ,i got a better deal f I was very interested in a Dodge pu they had,used one,they dropped the price from $9500 to $7800,after chatting with salesman ,i got a better deal from Dave Smith Motors,so i told the salesman i wasn't interested in thier trk,he blewup and tryed everything he could to convence me to come to them,he also was knocking me for going out of state to buy and not supporting the locals here to spend my money and support schools and all that BS.I know for sure now not to buy from them at anytime.I'm finding out the dealers here are high on thier cars and most are over priced,this is y i go out of state to buy,i get better deals and better service.I was warned not to deal with this dealership,the one in Missoula treated me better. After I showed interest in a vehicle they raised the price. This dealership might as well be the basic corner hole in the wall "used car dealer". I had been trying for two weeks to get pictures of a Buick Roadm This dealership might as well be the basic corner hole in the wall "used car dealer". I had been trying for two weeks to get pictures of a Buick Roadmaster that they had for sale but never posted any photos of. After two weeks I finally called them yesterday. I spoke with Jacob Harris about this. He apologized and told me that he would take pictures and send them right away. They showed up as promised. He then called to see if I was interested. I told him I was and would get back to him on Monday. An hour or so later he called me back to tell me that he had just learned this car was going to be Wholesaled out on Monday and if I was still interested I would need to make a decision by then or sooner. He also informed me that because of this this they had increased the price $600 more for the vehicle. Are you Fking kidding me? For those of you unfamiliar with this here is the basics. A dealer usually will wholesale a car like this because of its age, 21 Y/O, and it is not something that they would normally sell on their lot. So they will either wholesale it out to one of the local small used car dealers or they will send it to the auction. At the auction for this year of a vehicle they can expect to receive in the neighborhood of $300-500. Wholesaling it will bring them not much more but maybe what they gave on trade in. In this case I would guess $1500 at the most. These guys figured they had somebody who was interested and for some reason thought it would be a great idea to increase the price and screw me over. Obviously I told them no thanks. They really screwed up as far as I am concerned. They could have sold the car to me and I would have told people what a great deal I got. Instead they tried to make a few extra bucks off me and now people get to read this. As far as if they wholesale it, well they will make less than what they originally wanted and that used car dealer is not going to tell their customers where the car came from. This is not how you do business when you have the name Lithia in front of your name. I see that they have one review on Yelp giving them Five Stars. If you will notice that person only has one review ever. Take what you want from that. Mind you that in the last ten years we have purchased approximately 15 cars and one 42ft Diesel Pusher Motor Home. I would think this is the type of thing that only happens at those crappy shady used car dealers, I guess I was wrong. One would think we would be the type of people that you would want to sell cars to. More
