Ms. Tammy Heigh did a great job with keeping my interest and her follow through was assertive and professional. Her re-assurance finding what I was looking for and being very responsive to my questions via txt and sending pictures, was the closure. This pre-lude truly made me comitt to an appointment and come to Lithia for the purchase. I would recommend this dealership to anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle. More
