Andy petek This gentleman was over the top as a salesman and then after sales he got us I. And got our problems fixed as fast as possible ! We took. Ew vexhole out of town and had problems with it to to dealer in that town and they were abousolutely no help and stuck up Andy called and arranged transportation and to get car looked at immediately Then there service dept. hold t keep us up To date on proof status of repair and Andy called from helena Lithia and found out what was going on We asked for our car back and that they reset codes and drove it to Helena against other dealers objections I had made arrangements to have friend come and get us with car trailer and pickup if needed as we wouldn't go back to Lithia in Spokane Washington ever again! We pulled into drive way I helena a tech was waiting for us and opened door to shop and let us park inside The dealer got to the Jeep first thing Monday and called and made star report and had us back in Jeep by Wednesday Andy and Nate kept us informed all Along about what was going on we have already recommended Lithia in helena to several friends and would deal with Andy in the future More
