The mechanic {James}, who was also very friendly and courteous; had me going in about an hour. I am so thankful for them. I am from North Mississippi and was traveling through with my RV, but I would definitely use them to provide all my service needs if I lived in Helena,MT. Even bought my weather tech floor mats while I was there. More

Experience with Recall Item and Josh Merrill Service Advisor I was notified that there was a recall on my truck and I made an appointment to get it taken care of. I had 45 minutes before I had to leave for a I was notified that there was a recall on my truck and I made an appointment to get it taken care of. I had 45 minutes before I had to leave for another appointment, and I was going to ask for a ride because usually it takes longer than I had planned at a dealership. Josh said that he could have me out of there in 30 minutes. I was skeptical but said ok. And he delivered. I was able to get out of there well within the time that I needed to, as he promised. That means a lot to me, because my time means a lot to me. He also seemed genuine and honestly wanted to help me have a good experience with them. This is appreciated more than you know. When we realized the air conditioning in our brand new Jeep was not functioning, they were quick to remedy the situation and even went as far as to provide me a vehicle to drive while the parts needed were ordered. We also noticed a small dent in our Jeep, and they have scheduled someone to get that fixed. Even with these mishaps, the communication from the sales team has been top notch. Highly recommend! More
