Very disappointed in my whole experience with this dealership. We drove 4 hours to get a Chrysler Pacifica and it didn’t have features I was told by the salesman it had. I told them after I got home how disappointed and upset I was, told by the GM they would make it right and let me bring it back for something new. Then the sales manager said they would give us what it “ booked for” being a week old and we would lose out thousands. Then couldn’t get ahold of the GM ever again would call multiple times a day and KNOW they are just ignoring us putting off the problem cause they don’t care. They don’t wanna do the right thing and my husband works for Lithia. I’m gonna make sure everyone knows how unprofessional they have been. More

I purchase a 2018 Jeep Cherokee and it came with a broken windshield I didn't know about and now I need to replace a CV Axle! I was not told about the windshield and it was delivered to me like that.
