Working alongside Jory, they diligently put forth great effort to accommodate the payments I was able to make without extending the loan and, absolutely no hidden fees. I Felt Valued. I felt heard and understood. - and I was treated with great respect. I was surprised at how efficient the process was and how quickly Kayla was able to work with me through all of my paperwork and even assisting me with my insurance needs! After the purchase was complete, Kayla spent an additional half hour with me showing me every feature in the truck, how to sync my phone, how the display worked and all of its features and guiding me through all the "bells and whistles" of my brand new truck. I appreciate them both staying late. -Well past closing hours to accommodate my late schedule. All around, I couldn't have had a better experience. Thank you so much Kayla and Jory!! Lost my paperwork when I leased my vehicle and tried to add $10k to the price because of it. Service department installed INCORRECT parts and sent me on my way. Purchased my vehicle and it’s been two month add $10k to the price because of it. Service department installed INCORRECT parts and sent me on my way. Purchased my vehicle and it’s been two months, title work still hasn’t been sent to County. My plates are expired. They said they’d send replacements, still haven’t received them. It’s ridiculous. Am not happy with the dealership as we wasted our gas and time when we were told over phone by Kayla that we could get up to $2,000 to have them buy the truck. Then we get there and another sales person help time when we were told over phone by Kayla that we could get up to $2,000 to have them buy the truck. Then we get there and another sales person helped us and went to look at the truck, and came back and said they can't buy it from us, since it had a few problems and we told them about the problems We will not recommend them to anyone or ever go back there.
