Went in for brake fluid exchange, cabin air filter replacement and an oil change about 4 months ago. Just got an oil change somewhere else and they showed me my brake fluid. It was black. When I told them I just had a brake fluid exchange they said the only thing that could cause that color was if the service had not been done. I then asked if they could check the cabin air filter and had the same result. The filter was extremely dirty so had not been replaced either. I will never go here for service again.. More

We boug Additional Purchases #Unprofessional Behavior I had a distressing experience at Lithia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram FIAT of Helena, Montana. We bought an Audi Q5 for our teenage son in February, but it had major issues within a week, requiring repairs for two months. Despite the General Manager, Dillon Roloff, trying to help us trade it, we lost $1,500. On May 2nd, we found a GMC Terrain and were assured by salesperson Andrew Ball that he’d work on the trade proposal. When we couldn’t finalize the deal that Saturday, May 4th, due to our daughter's soccer game, we wanted to review the proposal at home. However, Manager BJ Shaffer rudely demanded immediate acceptance, forcing us also to buy GAP insurance and a lifetime oil change, which weren’t disclosed initially. This hostile environment pressured us into making a decision. BJ's behavior was unprofessional and contrary to Lithia's code of conduct. His actions turned a celebratory event into a nightmare. We felt pressured, disrespected, and ultimately decided never to return to Lithia Helena. This experience was so traumatic that I lost sleep, and our son's first car-buying experience was ruined. BJ's short-sightedness may have secured a sale but lost Lithia Helena lifelong customers. More
Hello, while travelling back home from AZ to Alberta ,Canada after spending the winter there, we had a major mechanical breakdown. Howard and his staff in Service went above and beyond to help us with our 2018 Ram 2500 HD . His level of customer care is beyond what I have ever seen. I have never received anywhere near this service from the Dealership in Canada where I purchased this Truck.Outstanding assistance with warranty and keeping us involved while this issue was worked out. Highly recommended !!!!. Even after the truck was repaired ,Howard was more than willing to keep the Truck safe for us until we could make arrangements for our Daughter to come down to Helena from Canada to pick it up. We were unable to re -enter the US after using up our 182 day allotment until 30 days has passed and we could re-enter. I wish I could purchase a new vehicle from you guys , but due to the current horrible Canadian Dollar exchange rate of $ 1.42 CA to purchase $1.00 US, not including tax ,it makes it unattainable .So far the truck has been running awesome , so kudos to the tech as well !!!! More
