Oil Change only I had a 1:30 appointment and arrived before that and got the car back at 3:00. I know my oil change is free because I paid for the life time oil chan I had a 1:30 appointment and arrived before that and got the car back at 3:00. I know my oil change is free because I paid for the life time oil change, but is this a ploy to discourage me from coming back. This was not a very good experiance. Service department is lacking in communication skills. My vehicle is still under warranty. I brought my car in for repairs and an oil change. I was called the next day to say it was finished. I drove up to Redding from Red Bluff to pick up my car. As he's giving me the speal about this wonderful survey I noticed that no, the car wasn't done. The employee in service apologized and said the parts weren't due in until the beginning of the next week. A few days later on a Saturday we got a call saying the car was finished. We said are you sure, the parts weren't due in until next week. The employee on the phone said he was wrong the car in fact wasn't done. Again. I then called the following Wednesday to see if was done yet the employee said yes it had been done since Saturday and apologized for not calling. As much as I appreciate the rental, the car wash and the friendly staff, your service department is lacking in communication skills. More

Broke my mirror n rather than point it out or fix it just left it n gave me my car as if nothing was wrong. Paid close to $300 for gold detail n had to send it back twice. So no I'm not happy nor will I ever have my car detailed there again. HOWER Lithia isn't one person. As to the rest of services yes I'll be back and would recommend Lithia to anyone for any service except detail work. More
The service was performed well!! It appears that the service writers are well versed to offer higher cost repairs and increase basic service costs when clients enter. The reason, I know many myself included, avoid dealerships for basic service. The reason is not that additional cost are warranted or not, WHAT they do is increase the lenght of stay that a client with limited time can remain. In many cases the estimated waiting time was increased by more than 100%. Reasons like this are why Quick Lube remain in service. It would appear that to improve your income and botton line some study should be made to find a solution that benefits the dealer and customer. I am sure there is a solution. More
