Luis helped us in the financing department and he was easy-going and knowledgeable. Overall the process went smoothly and efficiently. Although the truck was clean they did not go through it. I found a Box of 50 357 Magnum under the driver seat... maybe it was a bonus, but i dont own a 357 magnum. lol More

maddening! Too much to put here, but essentially, they sold me a car with a bad transmission but wouldn't concede that it was bad. They agreed to flush the tra Too much to put here, but essentially, they sold me a car with a bad transmission but wouldn't concede that it was bad. They agreed to flush the transmission fluid but only changed it partially. When brought to their attention, they agreed to take it and flush the system. I dropped it off, but when i went back the next day to pick it up, it was not touched, and there was no staff to tend to the mishap (it was a saturday). Two days later the car leaves me on the side of the road with a blown transmission. The Ford dealership where the car was towed said Lithia had overfilled the transmission fluid, it got hot and blew out the "vent", causing irreparable damage internally. Lithia wouldn't agree that the transmission was bad when i got the car OR that they had done anything wrong to make it ultimately fail. Their customer service is nonexistent, messages do not get to their destination, phone calls are not returned, and there is a general disorganization about the service department. First time i ever lost my **** at a business in front of other customers 😡 More
