Thank you Lithia My car suddenly developed a coolant leak the evening before I was supposed to go out of town for a week. Lithia got me in first thing the next morning My car suddenly developed a coolant leak the evening before I was supposed to go out of town for a week. Lithia got me in first thing the next morning, even though it was a Saturday. They didn't have the part to fix the problem. So they agreed to keep the car and fix it while I was gone. I picked it up the day I got back. The repair was done and they had even washed and vacuumed the car. More

The Dealership is Composed of Idiots and Morons They treated us like they couldn't care whether we bought from them or not. The salesman didn't know poop from putty. He didn't even know what was on They treated us like they couldn't care whether we bought from them or not. The salesman didn't know poop from putty. He didn't even know what was on his lot and he said he'd worked there 8 years. He showed us a truck that I wanted to buy. Didn't offer a test drive or much of nothing. He sent us an email quote and two days later said he gave us the employees discount and his quote went up $2500. When I complained to his General Mgr, he said that that was life and I could take my business elsewhere. Which I did. I went to TC Chevy in Ashland and they treated me, not like just another customer, but like I was their only customer. They made me feel like a King. There was NO pressure and they found my dream truck in three days. Go to Ashland, Oregon. You won't be sorry. If you go to Lithia fr Redding after reading this then you are an idiot and deserve just what you get. More

This place of business is horrible. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. It took three days with trying to get financed and then they told me I had to get another 1000 dollars for the down p recommend this place to anyone. It took three days with trying to get financed and then they told me I had to get another 1000 dollars for the down payment (which I did) and the bank would accept it. Then after going through the paper work I was missing one pay stub that I had to bring in the next day. The next day comes and the sales manager calls me and said with them talking to the bank and trying to get everything done someone else came in for the car I want Ted and they sold it to them right underneath me. I am very disappointed in the way they do business and I will tell all my family and friends never to go there and I'm going to write reviews on every site I can and I'm going to the BBC about them. More

Bought a car here 4 months ago. Wish I would have gone with my first instinct and gone up to Ashland. I was warned about this dealership by other buyers. Lithia Redding didn't have the options I was looki with my first instinct and gone up to Ashland. I was warned about this dealership by other buyers. Lithia Redding didn't have the options I was looking for but they could get me a car with those options. When the car finally made it to the dealership (they brought it down from Ashland), it didn't have all the options I was told it would have. The windshield and bumper had chips in them. I was told by the manager (Vaughn), that he would make it up to me with some free oil changes. After a number of phone calls and 4 trips to Redding to get oil change confirmations, I finally got a call from the salesman stating Vaughn had agreed to give me "2" oil changes. Are you kidding me! They cost the dealership next to nothing! Misleading and cheap tightwads is all I have to say. More
