Emergency truck repair My wife and I were on the first day of a 3 month RV trip to Alaska. Our planned first night stop was Redding. Two hours into our trip, our tow vehicle My wife and I were on the first day of a 3 month RV trip to Alaska. Our planned first night stop was Redding. Two hours into our trip, our tow vehicle (Chevy Silverado) started misfiring constantly. We made it to our camp site, unhitched and made a bee line for Lithia Chevrolet. Upon arrival at 4:30 pm, Service Advisor Brian Devoogel took our information and put a mechanic on it to diagnose what our issue might be. I am pleased to say that in less than an hour, the truck was returned to us, no charge! They found a loose spark plug wire! We appreciated the prompt, honest service and no charge to boot! More

Nightmare in Redding We had a brand new Sierra 3500 diesel truck with less than 9000 miles on it...it lost power and was towed to Lithia in Redding. Mike Hardy toured us through the lot to look at all of the Tahoe line. Mike was very thorough in answering all of our questions about the vehicles we looked at. Left with one truck, came back later for a replacement I came to Lithia Chevrolet needing a truck to pull about 10 to 11 thousand pounds. I was going to buy a big enough trailer for living/traveling a lot I came to Lithia Chevrolet needing a truck to pull about 10 to 11 thousand pounds. I was going to buy a big enough trailer for living/traveling a lot with around the country. I left with a 2015 Z71 1/2 ton, looked nice and was a great truck until I went to the trailer to pickup my new trailer and they wouldn't sell me one. found out the tow rating was much too little to tow with. I went back and saw the same sales men and their manager at Lithia. They all immediately went looking for a truck that would meet my needs. They brought me a 2015 HD2500 that would easily do the job. They all apologized and made the financing deal good for me. I have had the truck for over a week and love it. It handles so good and tons of power with comfort. One of the salesmen was Christian, and I never got the sales managers name but she was nice and quick to take care of the problem. Thanks everyone, Dennis More
