First of all, I would like to start this off with Ryan and Landon are great... They were my first contacts while purchasing my 2022 Danali. I have, in past years, had some issues with the service depa and Landon are great... They were my first contacts while purchasing my 2022 Danali. I have, in past years, had some issues with the service department.. I met with Tim, the service manager, and now feel confident that many of the issues I have had in the past will and are being taken care of. I brought my truck in today to the service department and was treated professionally by Tim and his assistant behind the counter.. I believe her name was Myria. It appeared that all the sales reps were in a meeting and not available on the floor. I was met by a new salesman, Michael Cowser and he asked if he could assist me.. I informed him that I had just dropped my truck off at the service department and that I was looking for someone to give me a ride to my office. He stated he would be happy to give me a ride and asked if I had made arrangements to return. I stated I had not, as I was not given a timeline on when my truck would be done. He stated he would be happy to help me there too if I need it. I was impressed that I had dropped my truck off at 8:00 am, was finished talking with the Service department by 8:10, and by 8:15 Michael had me on my way back to my office.. I realized that I had left my keys to the office in my truck and he graciously returned to the dealership so I could acquire my keys and then took me to my office. This type of service is "Old School". Michel went out of his way to make my experience a pleasant one. This team approach did not drop the ball, which could have been easily done. My hats off to all.. To Ryan and Landon who started my journey, to Tim and his team for my current needs, and topped off today by Michael Cowser. He was able to get me back to my office in time for me to continue my day. Thanks, Michael, for going out of your way when you did not need to. You helped heal the black eye of this business's past.. No one answer phone calls let alone returns a voicemail in Service or parts department. Have bought two new trucks here and it just seems to get worse. They made relatively easier to trade in a car that was hard for me to drive due injuries into a car that easier for me sit in & drive. I did have some trouble learning how to use the features. They were totally different from the dodge I use to drive. I have some short term memory loss. Sort of felt like I was thrown a learning curb. The service at the dealership was very comfortable for me. I felt I could trust them. I’m very appreciative of how helpful they were. Thank you. More
The service department absolutely is horrible, they don't answer the phone, do not call on messages left to simply schedule an oil change. We all know how difficult it has become not only find, but purchase a car these days. Ty Grove at Chevrolet Buick GMC of Helena was so wonderful and helpful all the way through the process. They were the only dealer in Montana that had the car I was looking for. So I had to do the whole purchase online and over the phone because I live 3 hours from the dealership. I had my doubts. Had an appointment at 8 now 11, looked outside to see my vehicle, went to desk and asked if my car was done, NO, WWE are a little behind I'm told,should take about 1.5 hours to complete.
