Lithia Chevrolet is the poster child for poor customer service and bait and switch tactics. To start I would like to draw attention to the 95% of 5 star reviews that are simply made because they were able service and bait and switch tactics. To start I would like to draw attention to the 95% of 5 star reviews that are simply made because they were able to finance or sell someone a vehicle. This only reflects 5% of your experiences at Lithia Chevrolet. The story changes drastically when the check is cashed and you drive farther than a foot off of the lot. I have had multiple new trucks serviced here all of which resulted in everything from poor scheduling and poor workmanship to poor customer service. Their sales team is subpar at best. I have tried purchasing and ordering a new truck here twice to no avail. I was not even able to get a call back about ordering a vehicle after building one in person at the dealership with a salesman. To add insult to injury I regrettably sold a vehicle to Lithia Chevrolet. The whole experience was as to be expected. They use “man behind the curtain” negotiation tactics just to waste more of your time and dehumanize your experience. When we came down to final numbers I propositioned them if they gave me $500 more on a 40k vehicle that I would buy one of my next trucks from the salesman to no avail. They even lie to you about the history of used vehicles. They tried selling my truck to someone I know explaining that it was owned by a salesman when in reality it spent it’s life on construction sites. All in all I would recommend digging deeper into the reviews on this place prior to visiting to filter through the 5 star reviews that were most likely solicited through some sort of bribery. More

Lithia's used car 60 day/3000 mile warranty is worthless. They refused to honor my 100% parts and labor warranty and charged me for the repair to my truck, which didn't fix the issue.
