I had a terrible experience with a shuttle agent and another customer while trying to retrieve my vehicle. After waiting over an hour and confirming my address three times, the agent finally arrived to another customer while trying to retrieve my vehicle. After waiting over an hour and confirming my address three times, the agent finally arrived to pick me up across the street from the actual location. Once I got into the car, the other customer began to share her frustrations. It turned out she hadn't called for a ride; the agent decided to pick her up before attending to someone who had requested a ride since 2:30. My family and I have been loyal customers since 2007, and there should be better accommodations for customers! More

I went for a oil change and a tire rotation on 8/12/24. two weeks later my car stopped on me I opened the hood to find it there was no oil in my car at all also my neck lights are out. The tow truck explains my car had no oil in it and a fuse was the tampered with. This is the second time I've had no oil in my car after going for an oil change and tire rotation. I got charged both time in 3 months for both services. I'm very unhappy. I've only service my car at Toyota 8 years, and this is the worst service ever. In this economy this is unfair. I will be calling the cooperate office, this is unacceptable. Taking money for services not done. My daughter is taking my car in this morning let's see what the results are. More
I was getting 4 new tires and using a buy 3 get one for $1 deal. The service rep said his service manager would not allow me to also get an advertised service special of $40 off an alignment because I was $1 deal. But I was told I could come back and use the alignment special at a later time. I find it HIGHLY inconvenient to make me come back another visit to accept an advertised service special offer. Not sure the service managers name but he was working on Thurs Aug 29 at 7:30am. More
