This past experience was terrible compared to our previous experience. Lewis was uncommunicative, did not follow-up with me to provide updates to my vehicle and had me wait almost 30 minutes just to previous experience. Lewis was uncommunicative, did not follow-up with me to provide updates to my vehicle and had me wait almost 30 minutes just to give me the keys once they returned my vehicle to the parking lot. I was there for almost 4 hrs for an oil change, tire rotation and to program the second key. I was told after 3 hrs that the system went down just as they were finishing the key and that I would have to reschedule a time for them to start all over again. Lewis said the system went down due the tropical storm which at that time was in the middle of the Caribbean and had no impact on your specific system. Several staff members tried to assist me with retrieving my keys and noted that I had been there a long time. In one interaction with someone trying to help, a manager, Nelson was involved and never looked at me or spoke to me directly when I was explaining my situation and that I had been told nothing more could be done, there was no charge and I had been waiting almost 30 minutes for my keys. Nelson only spoke to the other staff member even though I was right there and told him he would need to speak with Lewis. Needless to say I was extremely frustrated and especially disappointed with the lack of urgency Nelson had and in no way offered to step in and help. Before leaving I was encouraged to speak with another manager, Anthony, who was very apologetic and told me that it would only take about 10 minutes to program my key once I returned to the dealership. Lewis was in the weeds once I got there for my appointment at 11am. I was told he was new and I'm sure he was overwhelmed with the number of people he was having to assist. At no time, did someone come to help him or take some of his tickets. This left multiple people waiting and frustrated because we were all in the waiting room together. More
