I went to just browse for a used car, and left in a 2024 Camry instead. The whole experience was top notch!! From CJ,who got me a deal I couldn't refuse, to the financial department and the Insurance repre Camry instead. The whole experience was top notch!! I love my new car and I am thankful that I drove into that dealership that day. There was no pressure, and just the utmost customer care. Terrible service department. My car had worse problems after they worked on it. I think it’s a scam to get more money out of their customer by making the car have more problems. I had Alec ( window 4) , usually I have Andy , This time the experience was awfull !! I brought my car at 9am , went home , being told would be couple of hours but I got the car by 4:30 pm . When I mentioned that to Alec and a couple of few things politely , he got defensive and was impossible to communicate. I decided to drop it at that point .when he brought the bill at the register , I asked to the lady to double check and the bill was wrong and she admitted that she didn’t know what’s the problem with him. I asked then to see Andy to check the bill I think he shouldn’t be on custumer service if he can t take any « critics «  from loyal clients and honestly doesn’t care really , it’s just a job for him I didn’t deserve that type of behavior like I was the bad person . I went for a tyre sensor that was already replaced on previous visit. Issue was not fixed. There were few other minor issues but price was abnormally high so i wasted my day and achieved nothing.
