I was told car would be washed when it was done. When I came to pick it up, it was still dirty. After I asked for a car wash, it came out barely any cleaner (still had road dirt and bugs), just wet. When I was called to pick it up, they said the person that could do the check had left hours prior to my appointment (I had told them the problem when making the appointment). I let it stay there overnight, so that the employee could check, and when I picked it up that day was told it was just a manufacturer error and nothing to be done. More
