Mr. Bob (Robert Stanisich) is always professional, knowledgeable, giving assistance regarding my vehicle dealership was pleasant and most beneficial. Mr. Bob (Robert Stanisich) is always professional, knowledgeable, giving assistance regarding my vehicle. He is one of the top notch Managers there. He always listen first and sees what's the best service for me. Please give him a salary bonus, vacation with pay, and a cash award or gift card to take his family out to dinner. Every time I come to get my car serviced it takes at LEAST two hours everytime! Last time I came I asked how much longer would it be after two hours and nothing was done to my car during those two hours LEAST two hours everytime! Service guy just sprayed my emblem because I came in for a sensor issue and ran my car through the wash. That’s literally all that was done. That shouldn’t have taken over two hours! Yall need a better system in place because that’s absolutely terrible. I’ve been here 3 times for service and all 3 times were terrible. I’m better off going to Al Hendrickson at this point. More
I took the 25 Camry to the dealership as a precaution. I heard a noise when I was accelerating that I felt was unusual. The service manager was very understanding and patient.
