I came in and asked for an inspection due to a leaking sunroof and electrical issues from water getting into the vehicle. I was assigned Bob Stanisich. Bob lacks customer service skills. Direct and to the point. I didn't hear back from Bob about the inspection, so I called and left a message. He called back with a list of issues as long as my arm, most he said were critical and had to be fixed. We are taking over 10k in repairs. I said that wasn't possible and I was going to pick up the 4Runner and take it to another auto center for a second opinion. I told him to proceed with the requested oil change, nothing more. He said fine. I waited all day and no all. I called him, no answer. Left a voicemail. Waited 2 more hours, no call back. I decided to go to the service center to get an update. I showed up he didn't say hi . He didn't say that he understands my frustration about the expensive repairs he suggested. Instead, he said let me transfer you to sales to get me into a new vehicle. He simply handing me a slip and said to go to the cashier. No thank you. No goodbye. I work in hospitality and someone like Bob wouldn't last a week with his frown and lack of friendly personality. In the end I went to a local auto shop near my home. They inspected the vehicle and said the repairs which Bob claimed I needed were exaggerated. The sunroof which Bob said had to be completely replaced, this auto shop cleaned and tracks and lubed them and also cleared the drainage tubes. It's now working like brand new. It did not need replacement. Bob claimed my tired were bad and needed to be replaced. This was not true. They still have tread and safe. Bottom line, Bob did his best to find and suggest a repair to replace half the vehicle's parts. The suggested a buy a new vehicle. Bob lacks ethics and attempts to take advantage of customers. After this experience I will not return to your service center for any purpose. More
They went over my expectations. Everyone was polite and respectful. They did the work fast and well done. I began using this location in 2021. Never really had a problem until recently. Besides that the frustration came in from my phone calls all the way down to getting my keys back. I welcome you to listen to the recordings of my service request calls. The operators were trying to convince me that the weather or pressure when driving were the cause and effect of why my low pressure light kept appearing. I finally called my father and car enthusiastic male friend who prompted me to ask the right questions. Only then did the service station were able to locate a nail. A nail that had been in my tire for several weeks even after multiple visits to this location. Taking off from work early was difficult and making last minute appointments were even more difficult. I had to firmly insist I be squeezed in! More
