No accountability 10K service, was promised to be ready in 1+ hour, so I sat right behind my service advisor, Robert, just in case it came out faster than that. 2+ hour 10K service, was promised to be ready in 1+ hour, so I sat right behind my service advisor, Robert, just in case it came out faster than that. 2+ hours later, I come to the advisor and ask what happened with my car, he just told me that the car was ready and to go get the keys at the cashier. Car had been ready for 1.5 hours but somehow nobody notified me! Cashier tried to play the maybe we got the phone number wrong, checked it in front oh her, no mistakes. Go to the advisor, asked him what happened, and he’s like oh, I call you on through our loudspeaker, which like I said, he didn’t as I was behind him the whole time. A simple sorry out of him would have gone a long way, instead he sticked to the I paged you story. What’s the point of asking for my phone number and you can’t call me after 1.5 hours of the car being ready? More
