I was happy the recall inspection didn't take very long and they service was completed but I felt the Service advisor was rude and it disappointed me. I asked a few simple questions about a potentially ser and they service was completed but I felt the Service advisor was rude and it disappointed me. I asked a few simple questions about a potentially serious recall involving a potentially defective engine block and coolant issue and I felt talked down to by the Service rep. Interestingly I knew quite a bit about the potential issue and remarked that I would be very concerned if the engine needed replaced as I believe it would impact the value of the vehicle and I was dismissed. No very good customer service and will not be seeing Bob again. The salesman who I bought the car from was excellent. Service not so much. More

There is not a sense that you are appreciated as a customer. The valet people are not polite or personable. They barely speak and seemed disinterested in the customer. The service took a long time despite having an appointment. The odor in the waiting area is overwhelming. This dealership does not wash cars that are brought in for service as other dealerships do. That would be nice. if not for the service being covered under my new car plan and this being the closest dealership to me, I would not choose to go here. This is my first Toyota vehicle and I doubt I would purchase another. I am satisfied with the vehicle but not with my overall experience when purchasing the vehicle or each of the times I have brought it for service. More
