Terrible experience. Service person told me i didnt understand how i should be looking at their yet new issue which was going to cost me $1300. I have spent almost $7000 in the last 6 months on my 2013 Prius. He became passive aggressive and shut me down. He did the same thing when i came to pick up the car. This experience, when combined with my horrific experience at this dealership a couple months back when looking to purchase a new car, clearly cemented my position that i will NEVER do business with this dealership. I would rather switch brands than purchase a car or repair my existing Toyota with Lipton. If i could give 0 stars i would. More

Kai is awesome! But I brought my car in because the AC was making a loud rumbling noise when it was on, and that's exactly what I told them. They told me the engi But I brought my car in because the AC was making a loud rumbling noise when it was on, and that's exactly what I told them. They told me the engine mounts were broken and needed replaced. So I had that done, but then the next day I noticed the AC was still rumbling. So I guess they forgot or neglected to look into the AC issue. No I have to bring the car back to see what's going on with the AC and I really wish they would have done that back when I brought the car in two weeks ago as now I have to make another trip over to Lipton and spend more time there when this could have been addressed when I brought the car in the first time More
