I previously sent my unbelievable experience that caused me to no longer be a loyal Lipton Toyota customer after 20 years. I will never have my vehicle serviced there again. I was very dissatisfied with the wait time on my visit made on Jan 18, 2023. However, I was as much satisfied on Jan 19, 2023 when I took my second vehicle there. I had an issue with my car two months ago got it fixed for $2k. Prior to that I had an a/c issue that I had to come back and fix 3 times because the issue was never resolved and paid around $2k for all th for $2k. Prior to that I had an a/c issue that I had to come back and fix 3 times because the issue was never resolved and paid around $2k for all those services as well. So this time around I wanted to be sure that they were confident in their findings so I wouldn't lose out on time and money which they sure they were but were wrong and 6 weeks later the same lights popped up on my dash and I had to come back. I went for an opinion there and two other shops this time around cause I didn't want dish out more money and the problem wasn't fixed. Two other mechanics I went to found the same issue with the car but Toyota said it was something different. When I asked if the issue they found would fix the issues the other mechanics found I was told that I'd have to fix the issue they found and the rescan the car to see if there are other issues which I'm not happy with because I brought the car initially to do a full entire scan to find out everything so I wouldn't have to deal with the back and forth issue. Decided to just not do business here moving forward. More
