Regular service is fair and honest. Upcharges occur when they find a “problem” and I’m not sure if it’s a necessity or not. Also, I’m not sure if the price is good. But at this point they have you over a barrel, so I agree to the repairs , or in this case, the rear brake pads replacement. All in all, they do the work quickly and you get your car back in a timely manner. Much faster than the independent mechanic. More

Had to bring my car in for a repair that was not done properly and had to bring it back the next day for the same issue only to be told th Gutierrez.
