First your service area is terrible. I owned a Camry and dealt w a service manager who ignored my needs. More than 1 too. Then I traded in my 21 Camry for a 22 Lexus and found a problem w the radio 4 days after taking(issue not addressed under the 21point precheck up) it home and the manager would not take care of it. Said to bring it to Lexus. My back speakers are off. Probably a simple issue, yet was reminded that the purchase was as is. So disappointing! My 3rd purchase over 10 years. Doubt there will be a 4th one. More

I called Lipton to inquire about the cost of a new battery. Robert gave me the price and told me that today, Tuesday, is a good day to come. Recd email on parts arrival out of the blue. Presumably related to passenger side airbag recall service that I had inquired a week ago. Called back Lipton using the tel no. in the email. Can’t believe tel number provided in the email even in 2 areas IS WRONG. Googled Lipton Toyota tel online. Called Lipton but was transferred multiple times. At the end had to leave message at voice mail inbox. Nobody cared to even listen to me just kept transferring my call. I ended up reaching a voice mail box of a guy named Nelson. Left message to request a call back. This is a very disappointing experience comparing to prev good interaction with Lipton Toyota. More

I forget the name of the manager on duty at the time of my purchase, but he was also professional and courteous. The F&I manager, I forget his name too, was very impressive and super knowledgeable. He walked me through all of the various financing options and spent quite a bit of time to help me find the best deal. I was very impressed by him. Trevor Martin is my service manager and he is terrific! He made my visit comfortable and effortless. He took care of my issue and addressed all of my concerns in a professional manner. He made sure that I was satisfied with my experience and took great care of me. I will highly recommend to everyone that I know that if they are looking for a new or used car that they should be Looking for Lipton!! More
