Lipscomb Chevrolet in Burkburnett, Texas gets 5 Stars from my wife and I. My wife knew what SUV she wanted, we just needed to test drive a few of the different models that they had and get the exact colo from my wife and I. Our salesman Craig was outstanding, and I would highly recommend him to everyone looking to buy a new car. He was so helpful and very knowledgeable about the SUV, and so glad that he was there to help us through the whole buying process. Thanks again Craig! More

I recently bought a used 2017 Chevrolet Tahoe from Lipscomb Chevrolet, and the experience has been extremely disappointing. Not long after purchasing I had to replace the water temp sensor. Now, there Lipscomb Chevrolet, and the experience has been extremely disappointing. Not long after purchasing I had to replace the water temp sensor. Now, there is a message to service suspension system. Our salesman Drew said that we could make an appointment and they would take a look at the shocks that they replaced to see if they were faulty. I contacted the service department to make an appointment and they told me I would have to leave my vehicle there for a couple of DAYS. I told them that this is the only transportation that gets me to and from work that I would need a loaner vehicle. They said that they are booked out months in advance for loaner vehicles that I should contact my salesman to see if he could put me in a loaner vehicle. When I reached out for help, my salesman, Drew, told me that his manager said I bought a used 2017 vehicle and that they “can barely get customers who purchased new vehicles into a loaner.” That kind of response says everything about how they treat customers after the sale. It’s frustrating to spend this much money on a vehicle and get no support when something goes wrong—especially for work they’ve already done. I expected better accountability and customer service. If you’re considering buying here, be cautious. Get everything in writing and don’t expect much help once you’ve signed the papers. More
