Simple service turned into 2000 of work We took or vehicle in for a broken handle, and radiator flush. Well that spawned into injector service,transmission coolent lines, radiator flush, & b We took or vehicle in for a broken handle, and radiator flush. Well that spawned into injector service,transmission coolent lines, radiator flush, & broken handle. Drove away just to find coolant leaking out of a crack in the radiator that was not there before we took it in. To take it back .To get a quote for 640 for a new radiator and coolant, I asked why 45 for coolant, oh that’s how much it cost to replace the coolant. Didn’t you just flush it and put fresh in? Yes, but we don’t put used coolant in a vehicle. Used= 2 miles worth of driving I guess. Highly disappointed, I thought since Doug gray bought Gene Smith, the service department would be better, nope. Guess I’ll take even my Chevy to Doug Gray Dodge, they rock! More

Danny and the service staff Danny has always been straight with me. He doesn’t try and gouge you for money like so many other service departments do. 2014 GMC Acadia service air Danny has always been straight with me. He doesn’t try and gouge you for money like so many other service departments do. 2014 GMC Acadia service air bag light was on, the tech diagnosed the problem and repaired it for a little over a hundred dollars. I can’t complain it might of taken me days to find the problem. Not to mention around a month prior coolant temp gauge code they diagnosed it showed me the location of the sensor sold me the part I needed. I had it fixed in half an hour and under a hundred dollars now in my opinion THATS SERVICE! Thanks to all! More
