Oil change I took car for oil change and everything seemed fine. That evening my check engine light came on and stayed on. We called the next morning (a Saturday I took car for oil change and everything seemed fine. That evening my check engine light came on and stayed on. We called the next morning (a Saturday) and made arrangements to bring it in Monday morning. I received an email from Onstar that a problem had been detected in the emissions systems. Monday I brought my car back and apparently the dipstick wasn’t put back properly at the oil change. No big deal overall but it was stressful and I was without a vehicle for several days because I didn’t want to drive it without knowing what was going on plus leaving it at the service center and arranging to picked up and dropped off. More of an inconvenience really but service center should be more careful. I know accidents happen and I’m glad this wasn’t a costly one. More

Quick and freindly Called ahead to ask about an oil change. Krissie was very accommodating. No appointment needed. Met upon arrival and car went back quickly.
