Carelessness. Too often mechanics/workers have been careless when servicing the Malibu. Tires that do not keep air (have to go someplace else for that needed service); rough treatment by the service people; and last time (yesterday) someone left a strong cigarette smell inside. Why did he have to get inside the car? Time before last, the oil notice was not set after changing the oil, so I asked that it be reset...others are able to reach from the OUTSIDE and set what is needed on the steering column, why did he have to stink up the Malibu that since 2015 I've tried to keep free of smoke? I'm allergic to cigarette smoke and he needs to quit a habit that is detrimental to his health. More
