Well the time came, I called Markell on a Saturday to discuss my car buying needs and let him know I was going to try and stop by tomorrow to review the numbers first then possibly test drive the vehicle. From beginning to end, Markell and the Volvo Personnel was professional, friendly and helpful. They never once tried to push me into buying anything, but just making sure my needs were met and giving that attention to detail that so many customers appreciate. I went against standard protocol and reviewed the numbers before test driving anything. Markell and the Volvo staff had no issues with the way I wanted to handle things. They knew there was no guarantee that I would buy a vehicle that day. I have never had such a great experience like I did at Lindsay Volvo and I KNOW I made the right decision and at the right dealership. Volvo CANNOT afford to loose valuable staff like Markell.
