I was greeted by the Sales Manager and introduced to Evan Flynn, as the 'tech guy' who could answer all my questions, which were quite specific. Evan was polite, very knowledgeable about the Volvo XC60. We did several test drives for different configurations and we found the car I wanted on the lot. He helped with arranging for the return of my leased XT5 Cadillac, and with prioritizing the install of the trailer hitch and Polestar. We picked the vehicle up the next day, ready and shining, returned my XT5, reviewed the features with Evan and we were off. The only downside was what seemed the interminable completion of the paperwork for the lease of the vehicle, which was out of Evan's hands. I would have preferred to do it all online and pickup the car the next day, but it got done. Evan was indeed, the 'tech guy'. He knew the car, its options, future possible delivery dates and was willing to work with some of my time limitation on receiving the vehicle. He was, for me, the perfect sales person - no pressure, very specific about answers and more than accomating. I cannot recommend him too highly. More

Koffi handed me off to Dionte who gave me a great intro to the car and confidently guided me through all the features in the lot and on the test drive. It's clear these guys know their product and believe in it. It was also clear they have a great team that works well together. While it was the end of the day and we were all thinking about getting home, they made every step of the purchase as effortless and easy as possible without a sense of rush. The dealership worked with us throughout the process of determining which car would fit our needs best. Allowing us to keep the test drive cars overnight really helped. Dionte focused on the features I really wanted and as a result, the car became available. I would recommend him to anyone that's in the market for a Volvo. I would also say that he smooothed the path to working with management/finance. I got a good deal and working with finance was not as bad as I had envisioned.
