Dionte is amazing! TLTR: Ask for Dionte as your sales representative. My boss purchased a car for his housekeeper from another sales representative at this dealership TLTR: Ask for Dionte as your sales representative. My boss purchased a car for his housekeeper from another sales representative at this dealership and I was having a difficult time getting a response back from him. With the temporary tags being expired, I was becoming very concerned no one would call me back before this became an inconvenience for my boss. After calling multiple times, only being sent to voicemails and not getting any response, I tried one more time before I thought I was going to have to go into the dealership to get an answer. Luckily Dionte, a different sales representative, answered the phone. He listened to all of my concerns and said he would look into locating the tags immediately. He called back within 10 minutes explaining the situation (DC tags take longer to be processed) and arranged for more temporary tags to be FedExed to my boss' vacation home by the next day. Dionte was so professional, fast, and helpful that I just assumed he must be a manager at Lindsay Volvo! I would highly recommend requesting Dionte to be your sales representative if you are visiting Lindsay Volvo. More
